I started playing guitar when I was thirteen. On my thirteenth birthday I got
my first guitar as a birthday present from my dad.
I did my bachelors in computer science from beacon house informatics and after
doing 6 months of internship I realized that this is not what I wanted to do in
life. I’ve been really passionate about music from my childhood so I then
decided to persuade it as a career.
About My Brother
The other guy in my first video ‘piya’ is my brother kamran. We used to Jam
together and make nice melodies. He left for abroad to do his masters. I wanted
him to stay and tried to persuade him but unfortunately he had other plans. I
really miss him a lot.
My first album ‘zamana badley ga’ has 13 tracks. For a year I’ve been working my
head off and now finally it is completed. The whole album is basically an
extraction of my experience and what I’ve observed in my life.Time keeps on
changing and if you want to be a successful person in life you have to work
really hard and you have to go with the time otherwise you’ll lag behind.
Piya (the concept)
At the age of 16, I was madly infatuated by this girl who left for abroad. The
day she left I was very depressed and shattered. I sat down and started writing
and ended up making ‘piya’ in a single night.
About DJ Exordous
Although I’ve worked with people like faraz anwer, faisal baig and shahi but I
enjoyed working with faraz haider(dj exordus) more than anybody else. My second
video ‘bhula dey yeh gham’ is basically his song. I’ve only done the vocals in
it. I think that he’s one of the best musicians our country has.
